Recruitment Evening
Once we have reviewed your application, if suitable we will invite you to a recruitment evening. This will be in-store and will offer you more insight into what it means to work at Lush. It will allow us to see some of your skills in action and get to know you a little better too.

Trial Shift
For this stage of the recruitment process, we'd love to invite you in-store to chat with our team, get to know the store - and spend some time on the shop floor serving customers. We're by no means expecting you to know Lush inside-out, but we love seeing how you can add to that friendly, helpful shop floor that Lush is known for.
