Telephone Interview
Once we have reviewed your application, if suitable we will invite you to a phone interview, nothing beats a chat! This will be a 15-minute call to gather a brief understanding of your previous experience and how you'll bring that to Lush!

Trial Shift
We invite you directly onto our shop floor. To chat with our team, get to know the store, and spend some time on the shop floor serving customers. We're by no means expecting you to know Lush inside-out, but we love seeing how you can add to that friendly, helpful shop floor that Lush is known for.

Trial Shift
Following a successful telephone interview we'll invite you directly onto our shop floor. To chat with our team, get to know the store - and spend some time on the shop floor serving customers. We're by no means expecting you to know Lush inside-out, but we love seeing how you can add to that friendly, helpful shop floor that Lush is known for.
