Group Interview (1hr)
Once we have reviewed your application, if suitable we will invite you to a group interview. This will be in-store and will offer you more insight into what it means to work at Lush. It will allow us to see some of your skills in action and get to know you a little better too.
- Stage 3
Online Interview
After attending your group interview session, if you are being brought forward we will organise a 15 minute online interview session at the times outlined in your application form. In this, we will take time to get to know you better on a one-to-one basis and your suitability for the role, alongside your availability in more detail.
