Our Hiring Process

HELLO LUSHIES!!! Thank you so much for your lovely application to be one of our Christmas Sales Assistants. After reviewing over 750 applications, we have decided to move YOU to our next stage of hiring which will be a group trial shift! (woo-hoo!)

Trials will be happening on Sunday 4th October, with two slots available, so please confirm ASAP which suits you best:

11:30pm-2:30pm

OR

3:30pm-5:30pm

On the day we will have some fun ice breakers, a little insight into our store and the LUSH customer journey, and finally a chance to get onto the shop floor and show us what you're all about. We will then have a short 1 to 1 interview afterwards with a couple of further questions to see if we're the right fit.

There is no dress code, so just wear whatever you're most comfortable in, and for health and safety just make sure not to wear open toed footwear. Feel free to bring along a bottle of water, and there will be space for your to leave your belongings in our staff area.

We are so excited to meet you and see how you can spread the magic of retail, leaving our customer feeling LUSHER than we found them!
