What I do at Lush
As a Talent Manager, I lead recruitment efforts across various departments, sourcing the best talent to support our global growth. I work closely with our Support and Digital teams and other key areas of the business to ensure that we bring in individuals who align with Lush’s values and drive innovation. My role involves headhunting, managing recruitment drives, and supporting teams in filling critical vacancies, helping to shape Lush's future.

Who am I?
I joined Lush over a decade ago and have worked in various roles, including Talent Scout and Digital Talent Manager. Each position provided me with valuable insights into the business and helped refine my expertise in talent management. This journey has allowed me to build strong relationships across departments and grow into my current role as Talent Manager, where I continue supporting our business growth.
