What I do at Lush
Hey, I'm Abi; the current Store Manager of Bournemouth Lush.
Who am I?
I have been working with the brand since November 2020 and started my journey as a Christmas temp at the Tunbridge Wells store. I progressed to Supervisor and then moved to Bournemouth to be the Trainee. After 6 months I became Store Manager in October 2022 and have been focused on profit protection and growth, ultimate staff experience, and 5* customer journey.
My focus as a Manager is to empower all team members in their development and progression within their roles and beyond. Strong communication and a circular, open feedback culture is what the Bournemouth store runs on, with the team's aim to always deliver a 5* experience for all visitors and continue to build our presence in the community through events and parties.
