- Recruit, onboard and develop new managers into Lush management careers

- Develop and facilitate the development and learning of our UK&I shops managers

- Ensure our shop managers have the tools and resources to ensure their teams are set up to be number one on the high street for product knowledge and service

- Offer bespoke, retail-focused visits to shops around the UK&I.

- Support Managers before, during, and after a shop opening or relocation.

- Mentor Interns to develop the next generation of Managers.

- Represent Retail and shop Managers in conversations with other support teams.
