Hello! My name is Jenn, I use both She/Her and They/Them pronouns, and I have worked for LUSH for almost 3 years.

I have progressed through the company, beginning as a Supervisor in Bristol, then becoming a UK&I Retail Intern where I travelled to all of our shops across the UK&I and most recently becoming Store Manager for Lush Portsmouth.

My passions are development, wellbeing, creating a 2-way communication culture, and having fun in the workplace; but most of all ensuring myself and my team are delivering second-to-none customer experience.

Be yourself. LUSH is a beautifully diverse company to be a part of, and it works best when people showcase the best parts of themselves. Changing who you are takes a lot of energy.

Know your strengths and nurture them. This allow you to celebrate your successes and show what you are great at!

Be open and vulnerable when talking about your wants, your weaknesses, and your areas of opportunity. This builds trust with those around you, and allows you to seek the support you need to reach your goals. No one is perfect, and everyone can benefit from support.

Wear comfortable shoes. You are on your feet A LOT, and a box full of Bath bombs is heavier than it looks!
