Hi! I'm Karen and I am the Store Manager here at Lush in Cork, Ireland. My role is leading the team to achieve our top box goals, through recruiting team members with a flair for customer service, training for confidence and skill as well as maintaining our high customer service standards. When I am not in my favourite spot on the floor with the team, I am reviewing our management accounts to make sure we have a healthy business and planning for the future!

Although my qualifications are in Veterinary Nursing, I have over twenty years retail experience. At Lush, I am confident that the products we showcase to the public reflect my values on human, animal and environmental welfare. Retail is an ever changing environment so there is always learning opportunity and evolution within the roles. I have worked as a Training Shop Manager, using my experiences to help new managers settle into the role and learning from them too!
